This Grandview house rehab is quickly taking shape. We’ve completed exterior painting, interior demo, and are close to finishing the plumbing. The before and progress photos show the major improvements already underway. More updates coming soon as we continue rebuilding with a focus on quality and long-term value.

Project Timeline:

1/19/26 - Grandview house is about to be listed on the market. Only work left is finishing the basement and touch ups.

12/4/25 - Grandview house is getting windows and interior painting done this week!

11/22/25 - Getting electrical done in the next few days. Plumbing should be done any day now.

11/19/25 - Exterior painting is complete! Right in time for the cold weather, thankfully.

11/15/25 - Closed on property. Began getting quotes from local Kansas City contractors.
